All payments are billed upfront, to the charge of Genesis Digital. In addition, Kartra retains your credit card on file and will invoice you for overages (email, asset hosting, etc., over your subscription). Starter Plan
The Start Plan costs $99 per month or $79 per month when billed annually ($948 per year). This plan offers full access to all non-add-on features. However, this is the only plan that throttles access to asset creation. For example, while the Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans support unlimited asset creation, the starter plan can only host 100 pages, 50 videos, and 20 products. Additionally, you can only add one additional team member on top of the administrator.

Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is very similar to the Silver Plan, except it supports up to 25,000 leads and up to 5 custom domains. Therefore, the plan is more suitable to larger and multi-brand businesses or those building leads across multiple customer demographics. However, there are no other differences between plans.
The Gold Plan costs $299 per month or $229 per month when billed annually ($2,748 annually).
Platinum Plan
The Platinum Plan is similar to the Gold Plan in that it simply scales up available leads and custom domains. The Platinum Plan can log up to 50,000 leads across 10 custom domains. All other assets and data collection are unlimited.

Enterprise Accounts
Kartra scales plans as far up as you want them. If you need more than 50,000 leads or more than 10 custom domains, contact Kartra for custom pricing. What are the Hosting Options?
Kartra hosts all domains on its own servers. This means you simply integrate your domain inside Kartra, and it will point your domain at its pages and, portals, etc. Importantly, this means your existing content will be gone. Hosting with Kartra means you do not have to pay for a separate web host. Plus, all web content is managed directly through Kartra’s interface.
What is the Cancellation Process?
You can cancel a Kartra subscription at any time. However, your options to do so depend on which plan you have. If you want to cancel your plan, you can do so via the “Billing Self-Service Portal” offered by Kartra.
- Yearly Plans – A Yearly Plan is paid in advance and cannot be cancelled until the next billing date.
- Monthly Plans – A cancellation request must be submitted at least 10 days before the next billing period.
Genesis Digital, which owns Kartra, states that you cannot cancel an account without contacting customer support or submitting a request via the Billing Self-Service Portal.
In addition to cancellation, you may be able to request a refund. However, refunds are only available on the first installment of a subscription, and only if the refund is requested within 30 days of the payment. So, you can get a full refund on an annual plan, providing you request the payment in the first year, and within 30 days of setting up the account. You cannot get refunds for overage costs or for extras like add-on domains.
Can I Use My Custom Domain?
You can log into Kartra and import your domain at any time. If you would like to stop using a domain on Kartra, you can easily remove the integration with a few clicks. Importing a domain means moving hosting to Kartra. That means you may have to log into your existing host to change where the domain is pointing. The full transfer period should be +/- 24 hours.
In addition, Kartra doesn’t offer automatic support for every web hosting system. For example, if you are using GoDaddy, you might find the transfer to be more complex. However, you can normally use any domain.
Additionally, Kartra does not provide the domain. If you want your own domain, you have to license and pay for it via a domain registrar. This will be an additional fee, on top of your Kartra fees and paid to the registrar you purchased the domain from. However, Kartra does provide a free SSL certificate when you link a domain.
