How much you pay for a trampoline depends greatly on the size. Generally 8′ trampolines are the smallest you can get and usually don’t cost more than $300 with an average price of $240 on Amazon. While 8 feet may seem decently sized, for a trampoline 8 feet is really only good for one or two small children. Therefore if you have one or two young children (under age 4) then an 8 foot trampoline may work.

If you have older children however, then you will need a larger trampoline, likely 12 feet and greater. At this point, you will need to spend at least $300 to get a high quality trampoline.

Does the Style of Trampoline Affect Price?

The short answer is yes it does. The two main styles of trampoline you’ll find are rectangle and circle (and sometimes oval). Rectangular trampolines are going to end up cost a little bit more than circle trampolines when comparing similar sizes. It really comes down to the amount of real estate.

A 15′ x 15′ rectangular trampoline has 225 square feet of space while a 15′ diameter trampoline has 177 square feet. Thus it makes sense rectangular trampolines will cost more because of the extra space.
